Dr. Rami Haidar graduated from Cairo and trained in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the UK. He became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and worked at University Hospital of Wales as a Specialty Doctor in Facial Surgery.

He later expanded into aesthetic medicine in London while continuing his NHS role. In 2012, he moved to Riyadh to join the National Guard Hospital as a Specialist in maxillofcial surgery, practicing there for six years and also working in aesthetics privately in Riyadh and Bahrain.
Based in Dubai for the past six years, Dr. Haidar developed the 3PF technique for facial augmentation with minimal bruising—now used globally—and has published several safety-focused medical papers.

He also lectures postgraduate students in Aesthetic Medicine as Adjunct Faculty at Sharjah University.
